Residential Spaces
For residential projects, our focus is on creating spaces that are functional, comfortable, and suited to daily living. Every home is planned around the homeowner’s needs, habits, and preferences, so the design reflects how the space will actually be used.
By understanding each client’s lifestyle, we design and build homes that feel personal, practical, and consistent throughout—from the overall layout down to the finishing details.
Commercial Spaces
For commercial projects, we focus on translating a business’s identity into a physical environment. The space should reflect the brand clearly while supporting day-to-day operations, customer engagement, and workflow efficiency.
When layout, materials, and design intent are aligned, businesses can present their services more effectively and leave a stronger, more professional impression.
Built on Practical Design, Clear Guidance, and Reliable Execution
Established in 2014 by Bernard Soon, BStudio is a Singapore-based design and build firm with over a decade of project delivery and more than 20 years of industry experience at its leadership. We create residential and commercial spaces with a focus on functionality, durability, and design clarity.
Who We Are
BStudio was founded by Bernard Soon with a strong foundation in hands-on renovation, interior design, and project execution. Over the years, the firm has grown to deliver a wide range of residential and commercial projects across Singapore and the region, including homes, build-to-order renovations, and business spaces.
Our work is grounded in practical design thinking. We do not treat design as decoration alone. Every project starts with understanding how the space needs to function, so the final outcome is visually coherent, durable, and suited to everyday use.
Our Approach
At the core of BStudio’s approach is clarity. We guide clients through every stage of the renovation process with transparency in planning, budgeting, and execution. Our role is to simplify decisions, align expectations, and keep the project structured and manageable.
From layout planning to material selection, each detail is considered as part of a complete space rather than in isolation. This helps us deliver interiors that not only look refined, but also perform well over the long term.
Featured Projects
Selected work across iconic locations in Singapore, showcasing our range in residential and commercial interiors.
